Ibnu Jamil and Ade Maya Officially Divorce

Wedding acting artist who is also the host of Ibnu Jamil (36) with Ade Maya officially ends on Tuesday (3/7/2018). The Tigaraksa Religious Court Judge, Tangerang, decided in verstek that the married couple in 2006 was officially divorced, because from the beginning Ibnu’s series never attended.

“The verdict of today verstek, so that means that if in law the term verstek is a decision taken without the presence of the defendant or his legal counsel, so it is decided in verstek,” said Ade Maya’s attorney, Agus Setiawan, after the trial in Tigaraksa Religious Court on the same Tuesday.

According to Agus, Ibnu deliberately not present for the divorce process took place quickly. “If I think it’s more to accelerate the flow of the trial, because both have agreed to divorce well,” he said.

“So, only Mbak Ade Maya is actually represented by legal counsel to file a lawsuit.” Mas Ibn Jamil is not present so this case is much faster, “he continued.

At first, Ade Maya became the party who registered a divorce suit on Ibn Jamil in South Jakarta Religious Court, on March 8, 2017. However, at that time, both parties never attended the series of hearings. Therefore, the South Jakarta Religious Court then aborted Ade’s divorce to Ibnu.

Then, on August 4, 2017, it was Ibnu Jamil’s turn to file a divorce divorce over Ade Maya and ultimately cancel back. They decided to make peace on November 30, 2017.

Then, on August 18, 2018, Ade Maya again filed divorce lawsuit against Ibnu Jamil to the Tigaraksa Religious Court. The case was registered with the number 1958 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PA.Tgrs.
