South Korea coach praises Asian Games Football 2018

South Korea’s U-23 football coach praised the 2018 Asian Games soccer event in Jakarta and West Java, both used for training and competing.

“We are satisfied with the stadium matches including the training ground and the kids can train well there,” South Korea Under-23 national team coach Kim Hak Bum told the Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong, West Java, on Saturday, June 23.

In his journey in Indonesia, the U-23 South Korea team had “tasted” some of the arena that will be enabled when the 2018 Asian Games take place.

In addition to competing at the Pakansari Stadium, they also have time to practice at the ABC Field of Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta, which will become the official training ground for the participating soccer team.

South Korea U-23 national team even tested the University of Police College (PTIK), Jakarta, to face the team Liga 1 Persija Jakarta, on Thursday (21/6).

For information, PTIK Stadium is also planned to be used during the 2018 Asian Games event as a referee training ground.

Kim Hak Bum continued, the problem is the skuatnya weather conditions in Indonesia.

He asked his players to quickly adapt so as not to trouble compete in the 2018 Asian Games which begins mid-August.

“The weather here is not so good, but we will try to adapt,” said the 58-year-old.

The main agenda of South Korea’s U-23 national team to Indonesia actually faces U-23 national team in the test match as part of preparation towards Asian Games 2018.

In a match that was held at the Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong, West Java, Saturday (23/6), the national team U-23 Korea conquered Indonesia U-23 national team with a score of 2-1.
