Back Practicing, Irfan Bachdim Can defend Bali United in Round II

Irfan Bachdim, Bali United striker, back training with team at Gelora Trisakti Legian, Badung, Bali, Monday (9/7/2018) morning. After two months more in the Netherlands, finally the star of Bali United is back.

Irfan Bachdim describes his post-injury condition. “My injury is still 70 percent, because the condition and stamina are not good,” said Irfan Bachdim. “Maybe I can just play PSMS Medan in the second round,” he continued.

Bacdhim explained, after returning to recovery therapy in the Netherlands, the condition of his ankle began to improve. However, he should not be immediately forced to perform.

“The doctor said in the Netherlands, I have to slow down (practice). Adapt first, do a lot of exercise or gestures to be stronger,” said Bachdim. “I do not know how long it takes to appear, my hope is to play as fast as possible,” he said.

Irfan Bachdim experienced since the 9th week of League 1 against Arema FC. It’s been five weeks he’s missed until the end of the first round, or a total of eight weeks.
